We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Orders and Purchases

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or refuse any order, including where:

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, duties, customs fees, shipping charges, and other applicable charges may be added or collected as required.

7. Shipping, Delivery, Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs may be shown at checkout or in our separate shipping policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs review, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, supply constraints, or other factors beyond our control.

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, and other charges imposed by your country or region. Reina Oro is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import procedures.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Return Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

For customers in Europe or other regions with mandatory consumer cancellation or return rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

From time to time, Reina Oro may offer promotions, discount codes, limited-time offers, bundles, giveaways, loyalty benefits, or other special offers. Promotions may be subject to additional terms and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, applied retroactively, or used after expiration.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotional benefits where we believe there has been fraud, abuse, technical error, or violation of the promotion terms.

No right, title, or interest in any Reina Oro intellectual property is transferred to you by your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

11. Trademarks and Brand Protection

“Reina Oro,” our logos, product names, collection names, trade dress, and related brand features are trademarks or brand assets of Reina Oro. You may not use any Reina Oro trademark, logo, product image, or brand asset without our prior written permission.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled in the courts or dispute forum permitted by applicable law. For customers in the United States, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, United States.

For European consumers, this section does not limit any mandatory rights to bring claims in your country of residence or to use consumer protection procedures available under applicable law.
