These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) apply to purchases made from Reina Oro through www.reinaoro.us and any related checkout, online store, or ecommerce services we provide (collectively, the “Site”).
By placing an order with Reina Oro, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
These Terms of Sale are separate from our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on the Site. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Sale and another policy that specifically applies to a purchase, the more specific policy will control for that subject.

- Natural or handmade variations in jewelry.
- Minor differences in size, weight, dimensions, color, tone, finish, or materials.
- Supplier, manufacturing, or production changes.

3. Pricing
Prices are shown on the Site in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices do not necessarily include taxes, duties, customs fees, shipping fees, handling fees, or other charges unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, typo, system issue, or inaccurate supplier information, we may cancel or refuse the order, even if the order has already been submitted.
If we cancel an order because of a pricing error and you have already been charged, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item or order.
4. Order Placement and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, process the order, or ship the product, depending on our checkout and fulfillment process.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or refuse any order for any lawful reason, including where:

- Payment is declined, reversed, flagged, or cannot be verified.
- Shipping to the destination is unavailable or restricted.
- We suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, abuse, or violation of our policies.

An order confirmation email means we received your order. It does not necessarily mean your order has been finally accepted.
5. Customer Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information.
Reina Oro is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, failed delivery, incorrect tax calculations, or other issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@reinaoro.us. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been submitted or processed.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and/or other payment methods made available at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The payment information you provide is accurate.
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full order amount, including product price, taxes, shipping, duties, and other applicable charges.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Reina Oro is not responsible for payment provider errors, account holds, processing delays, payment declines, fraud reviews, currency conversion charges, or fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
We may cancel or delay an order if payment cannot be verified or if the transaction is flagged for review.
7. Taxes, Duties, and Customs
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, VAT, import charges, brokerage fees, and other government charges associated with your order.
For international orders, customs authorities may require payment of duties, taxes, or fees before delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Reina Oro unless expressly stated at checkout.
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay required customs charges, the package may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed. In that case, refunds may be limited or unavailable, subject to applicable law and our Return Policy.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout or in our separate Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume, security checks, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss may transfer to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at info@reinaoro.us so we can review the issue. We may require you to contact the carrier or provide additional information.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Return Policy.
Please review the Return Policy before placing an order. The Return Policy may explain return windows, item condition requirements, excluded items, refund timing, return shipping responsibilities, and how to start a return.
For customers in Europe or other regions with mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms of Sale limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Cancellations and Order Changes
If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@reinaoro.us.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed after it has been submitted, processed, packed, or shipped.
If an order has already shipped, any return or exchange will be handled under our Return Policy.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Reina Oro may offer promotions, discount codes, limited-time offers, gifts with purchase, bundles, giveaways, or other special offers from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout.
- Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

If Reina Oro offers gift cards, store credit, or similar credits, additional terms may apply.
Unless otherwise required by law, gift cards and store credit may not be redeemable for cash, may be limited to purchases on the Site, and may not be replaceable if lost, stolen, or used without permission.
13. Unauthorized Resale and Counterfeit Activity
Reina Oro products are intended for personal customer use unless we expressly approve otherwise in writing.
You may not purchase products for unauthorized resale, diversion, counterfeiting, imitation, marketplace distribution, or any activity that may harm Reina Oro, our customers, or our brand.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or take other action if we suspect unauthorized resale, counterfeit activity, or abuse.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party resale channels may not be genuine and may not qualify for returns, refunds, support, warranty service, or other benefits.
14. Product Care and Customer Responsibility
Jewelry may require proper care to maintain its appearance and condition. You are responsible for following any care instructions provided with your product or posted on the Site.
Reina Oro is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, water damage, normal wear and tear, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow care instructions, except where required by applicable law.
15. Availability and Discontinued Products
Products may be available in limited quantities. We do not guarantee that any product, size, color, finish, or collection will remain available.
We may discontinue products, change designs, update packaging, or modify product offerings at any time, subject to applicable law.
16. Errors and Corrections
The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors and to update or cancel orders affected by such errors, subject to applicable law.
17. European Customers
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another European jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may have additional rights related to online purchases, including rights concerning product conformity, legal guarantees, returns, refunds, withdrawal periods, and dispute resolution.

18. California and United States Customers
If you are located in California or elsewhere in the United States, certain state or federal consumer protection, warranty, privacy, tax, payment, and dispute laws may apply to your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reina Oro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory product guarantees, legal warranties, or consumer rights that apply under law.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reina Oro and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to a purchase, product, order, delivery, or these Terms of Sale.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reina Oro’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
21. Force Majeure
Reina Oro is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, carrier delays, customs delays, labor disruptions, supply chain issues, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet or platform outages, payment processor issues, or other events outside our control.
22. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require a different law to apply.
If you are a consumer located in Europe or another jurisdiction with mandatory local rights, you may also have the protection of mandatory laws in your country or region of residence.
23. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled in the courts or dispute forum permitted by applicable law. For customers in the United States, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, United States.
For European consumers, this section does not limit any mandatory rights to bring claims in your country of residence or to use consumer protection procedures available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date.
The Terms of Sale in effect at the time you place an order will generally apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or applies to ongoing services.
